Following the success of the Power Pack Vol.1 out now on Splice, Samplifire took the necessary time to channel his inner Viking/Riddim Dubstep Demons to craft Vol.2. If you are looking for hard hitting polished drums, Epic & Tensed cinematic elements as well as the hardest bass sounds out there this is the place to be. Samplifire used a wide range of sound design techniques to generate new sound combining the past & the future. Think of an old brass recording combined with state of art bass processing, the possibilites are endless!
A few key techniques used are Additive synthesis mixed with wavetable synthesis or sampling (resynthesis), sample blending, granular synthesis or even extreme effect chains processing (parallel etc.) It is a unique pack because it contains both timeless musical elements with state of art sound design!
