Vintage Hip Hop by Trevor Lawrence Jr. is a first of its kind drum pack, giving you a chance to have access to one of the premiere Hip Hop drummers of our lifetime, Trevor Lawrence Jr. His credit list is so long we would run out of characters here but just a few of the Hip hop royalty he has played on include Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Kanye West and Kendrick Lamar. On top of that, Trevor has amassed 10 Grammy wins and 26 nominations and multiple other accolades for his work with music and film.
He, along with Istanbul Agop, designed the clapstack - a uniquely shaped and tempered trio of cymbals designed to create a tactile, acoustic reproduction of analog 8-bit and clap samples that have been an integral part of music for generations. You can hear the clapstack in this pack!
Trevor has carefully played, produced and curated over high quality 500 samples for Vintage hip hop. These include bouncy and head moving loops and fills you need to make your track through to a wide ranging and detailed plethora of one shots that will allow to you bring a level of authenticity and groove to your track that is unprecedented.
